- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including procurement, materials management, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Manage fleet of vehicles used for transportation and delivery purposes.
- Coordinate dispatching of drivers for timely order deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, procurement, materials management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds.
